A1 Visual Contact organizes all your URLs and e-mail addresses into an address book.
From the address book, you can correspond, e-mail, browse, phone and fax with the click of a button. A1 Visual Contact`s address book integrates itself directly with your Internet browser, e-mail and word processing applications. From A1 Visual Contact`s address book you can launch any of the associated applications while incorporating the addresses contact information where applicable. It even includes templates for letter writing, and it supports envelope and label printing.
The program also supports drag-and-drop, group creation, and it allows you to import address book information from Outlook Express. It also lets you search for people on the Web.
You can export contact Information from Visual Contact to Excel, Word or any other word processor by simply dragging and dropping.
Supported applications include Outlook Express, Outlook 97/98, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Works. |
